"Leetle" Man

These were taken a couple of weeks ago of one my best friend's two-year-old, Jake. He had a love-hate relationship with the camera. "Don't take my picture" was the reaction when the camera went up. So, I would put it down and he would say, "NO! adain, adain ("again, again" in two-year-old language)". Then, he would smile big and put on a show. The sunglasses were hilarious. He made his mommy get them out of her purse first thing in the morning so he could put them on and show off.

Miles Kendall

My cousin, Miles, graduates from high school tomorrow night in Kerrville and then is headed to Texas Tech in the fall. I can't even say how proud I will be when I watch him walk the stage. He has been through so much and has grown into a fine young man. I can't wait to see what exciting things God has planned for his future!

Look how handsome he is...

Money: Part Deux

This is Jeanette's dog Vegas! She looks so proud.

I promised more of this little "money" man. Isn't he a cutie-pie?

Last weekend Sydney was dedicated at J&C's church. It happened that Joe's cousin's little boy was also dedicated so we were able to see everyone while we were in town for Mother's Day. Can't wait to post the pictures from the special event and from our Mother's Day Celebration at J&C's after church.

Otters in Love

This may be one of the cutest videos ever!
Hope this brings as big a smile to your face as it does mine...
(make sure to watch the whole thing)

Quack!

We have a pond in the front of our neighborhood where MANY ducks live. Everyday, just about the time people are driving to and from work, the ducks cross the street in a long line taking their slow time and the cars all stop to let them pass. It's quite a production!

Last night, two of ducks decided to make a pit stop in our neighbor's tree. Here are some of the pics from the odd event.

First one...
Then two...

And then they were gone...
